What every Bride & Groom should know about wedding day photography
Rome wasn't built in a day and learning to become a qualified wedding day photographer doesn’t happen in a day or even a year; like any wine worth drinking it takes time. Ron Drummond has been fine-tuning his skills as a wedding day photographer for 15 years. In that time he has shot weddings in many different locations in Peterborough and the Kawarthas. With experience he has learned such tips as the best locations in many different venues in our area; how to make sure that an outdoor wedding is performed in the best place to showcase the bride and groom; planning details such as making sure you have enough time saved for those romantic photographs that you have always dreamed of. Even little details like too much hair gel in the grooms' hair can make a picture not the way you hoped for. We can help you with those details that only experience teaches to those who have been there.
What makes us different then other Photographers?
With RM Photos you own your own pictures. That’s right - you own your own pictures with all our packages. That means no expensive copyrights. What are copyrights? Some photographers print their name on each picture and make you come back to them for every picture you want to develop. This can be very expensive and time consuming. We put all of your pictures on a DVD that you can develop at any time you wish. We also give you full resolution on all your pictures. What is resolution? Resolution is the quality of your photograph. The bigger the resolution the clearer the picture is. Some photographers give their clients low resolution pictures. To develop these pictures you must go back to your photographer and buy more services. With RM Photos you will never have to return to us to purchase your pictures again. That leaves you more money to purchase the photographic memories that you want.
Why would I need engagement Photography?
We advise every bride & groom to find the time to spend an afternoon with their photographer. Over the years we have found that working with the photographer before your wedding day gives the bride and groom time to relax. This is a great time for the bride and groom to learn how to work with their photographer. It is also a good time for the couple to get some great shots together. Some couples use these pictures on their wedding invitations or display them at their weddings on a mat for their guests to autograph.
You have so much invested in your wedding day! We will work with you to make your wedding day photography a treasured keepsake of your special day.
